Annual Meeting of the Members

The purpose of this meeting is to review and discuss as designated in the By-Laws, for purposes expressed therein, the topics listed in the original email. However, since we are meeting electronically, we will hold the election using mail-in ballots only. Please fill out the enclosed ballot and send it to the attention of Bryan Pierce by email, mail or fax. Ballots will only be counted if they are received by 4:00 P.M. the day of the meeting. We will also use ballots and quorum only proxies to establish a quorum. Joining the Zoom meeting alone will not count towards quorum and members will not be casting a vote during the actual Zoom meeting. Please refer to your email for the Zoom meeting link.

Although homeowners will not be casting an actual vote in person at the meeting, you are still encouraged to join the meeting to receive reports of the Association and to voice any questions or concerns you may have. It is your Association, and it works best with your active support and participation. Completed ballots and quorum only proxies must be sent by mail to 9700 Richmond, Suite 160, Houston, Texas 77042, by email to Bryan@genesiscommunity.com or by fax at (713) 952-3972. By all means, please send in your completed ballot to ensure that your vote is counted and quorum is established.
