1st Amendment to CC & R’s: deletes Article IX and Exhibit B of Declarations related to rental units
2nd Amendment to CC & R’s: defines common maintenance area, townhome unit maintenance (painting, roofs and gutters), number and term of Directors, owner fence responsibility, and vehicles allowed
